SAN DIEGO -- Attackman Jett Harding had a team-high three points on a goal and two assists to lead the seventh-seeded Las Vegas Starz to a 9-4 victory over the 10th seeded Los Angeles 101 Starz in an Adrenaline Challenge Round of 16 elimination game Sunday morning at Robb Field.
Middie Austin Taylor added a pair of goals and six other players scored once for Las Vegas (4-0), which advanced to face San Francisco Fog City in the quarterfinals. Fog City is comprised entirely of players from St. Ignatius College Preparatory School.

“It’s absolutely going to be a test, and I look forward seeing how far we’ve come,” Las Vegas Coach Gary Campo said. “They’re the team to beat, so you’ve got to play them.”

Los Angeles led 3-2 in the final minute of the first half, but Wojciechowski tied it with with 10 seconds remaining after taking a feed from Harding.
Las Vegas then finished the game on a 6-1 run over the final 25 minutes.
“We came out ready to play, and we got the solid goaltending we needed,” Campo said. “Matt Sathrum played unbelievable, and the defense stepped it up.”
