NorCAL BOYS: Four Top Players Commit to Arizona State

Four of Northern California’s top players have committed to play MCLA Division I lacrosse at Arizona State University.

Granite Bay senior attackman David Haggerty, Acalanes senior middie Logan Quinn, Foothill-Pleasanton senior middie-attackman Broc Schall and California senior attackman James Torrey will all be heading to the Tempe-based school in the fall, according to the Arizona State coaching staff.

Arizona State returns to the field in 2010 after having its 2009 season canceled. Despite the time off, the Sun Devils are ranked No. 5 in the MCLA Division I Preseason Top 23, and they continue to get commitments from some of the West’s top players.

In all, Arizona State has pulled in nine commitments so far, including five others from Arizona.
